If you use the Zinc Services by applying for an insurance, we may collect the following types of information: Personal information - your name, phone number, address, email, third-party application IDs, and other similar information. We may collect additional information from you in order to finalize your insurance application. We may also gather information about your use of our Site or any partner website, including your interaction with the insurance application, your past use of the Zinc Service, any past applications that you’ve made using the Zinc Service and any actions you have taken relating to your application and policy.

We work with vendors and partners that help us with our operations generally and help us perform services. These vendors and partners include marketing services, electronic payment service providers and insurance providers. In each case, we have an agreement with the vendor or partner that will require them not to disclose or sell you information to a third party (unless required for them to provide services to us or if required by law).
We may share your information with the merchant on whose website you are using the Zinc Services.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Zinc Services or as required by law. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
In the event that Zinc goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
